NCAA Rule 10.8.1. states
Quote:

The penalty for direct technical fouls involving unsportsmanlike conduct of players or team members shall be two free throws awarded to a player of the offended team. The ball shall be put back in play at the point of interruption.
I don't have my NFHS rule book but it allows for any player or sub, correct?

Yes, FED allows a sub to enter specifically to shoot the FTs. So does NCAA, 8-2-3.

I think that the difference is that the NFHS will allow 2 subs to enter and shoot a FT each. The NCAA won't; the sub has to shoot both. Correct?

You are correct Sir. (Ed McMahon's standard response to Carnac the Magnificent)

Thanks guys,

I don't know why NCAA doesn't have "player or entering player" in 10-8-1.
