Inbounding the ball after a made basket

I know the player inbounding the ball can run the baseline after a made basket. 2 questions.....
1) If Player A1 is taking the ball out and he can't inbound it, Player A2 steps OOB and A1 passes him the ball so A2 becomes the player inbounding the ball. Is Player A2 allowed to run the baseline or does he have to stay stationary.
2) A1 is taking the ball out after the made basket. He can't get it it so he calls a TO. When we come back from the TO,is he allowed to run the baseline or does he have to stay stationary now.
