Does anyone know how to get involved officiating in any Semi-Pro leagues such as the ABA, USBL, CBA.....?????????

There are so many different semi-pro leagues or pro-am leagues that there's no one person to contact for info. You'd be better off asking around your local association to find out which leagues operate in your area and then contacting someone in those leagues. If you're talking about a "national" league, like the ABA or the USBL, then you can check their websites for contact info.

As far as the NBDL, that's by invite only. Usually, you have to go through an NBA-affiliated camp like Coast2Coast.
