Can someone please clarify something in the Case Book 10.5.1.C. When does the clock start and stop on the administration of this T? The case book states that "the Head Coach can not go to the bench to seek information other than for a correctable error"
A.)between the 1st and 2nd quarters (I am assuming the same for 3rd & 4th) B.)during a time-out. I cant find anything that specifically states that he can not CHECK the book during half time. We all know he cant remove the book. The CB also states "A coach is not permitted at the table for this purpose." If I am going to T up a coach for checking a foul count as he is leaving for half-time intermission, I had better be able to back it up 100%. Just loading my guns, Thanks for any help
