Hey real quick is a handcheck a foul. I thought not, but as often I could be wrong. I ask because I was watching a district game in MO and they were calling it. But then again these guys didnt even no how to use the 3 man system they kept running into each other.

It's a foul if it impedes the progress, speed, balance ,.... of the offensive player, in the official's judgment

Or if the defender keeps the hand there after you've said "drop it" twice. :eek:

Were you working a district game last night, i dont no the district, but it was Priory V Westminster, ill look up the district when i get a chance. This game was out in West County St. louis
