I have the old converse patent leather shoes. They have quite a few scuff marks on them. Can anyone give me some pointers on cleaning them up. I know there was a post related to this (or similar) topic not too long ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time and responses.

Use them as a backup and get real leather shoes for next year. There's nothing like a real spit shine to work a game!

THe fact that you're still using the Converse model tells us all you need a new pair.

Has it been one season or 2 since they discontinued that model?

Either way, start each new season off with a new pair of shoes.

My OC models broke on me this season, so I think I'm going to try the Spot-Bilt's next, as they have been awesome for football.

I have a new pair of Spot Builts (Patent Leather) that I haven't worn if anyone is interested...$50 with shipping included...size 11.5.
