[Slight;y OT] What does 'more' than mean?

As if to emphasize that natural language is difficult and often imperfectly applied, to sensitize us to the mighty task it is to construct an internally consistent set of rules, note that at the bottom of this section of the forum (The Official Forum > Basketball), the reddish icon with the letter 'H' emblazoned on it is said to indicate "more than 15 replies". Then, observe a thread with 15 replies. Yup, it'll have an 'H'.
