I have a question about disconcertion. I witnessed this in a girls V game. A fan came out of the stands during the free throw and dove across the baseline during a free throw attempt. Is this Disconcertion even though it is not team personnel?

That player must not have left the court voluntarily and must immediately return inbounds. That player must have something in and nothing out. It is not necessary to have both feet back inbounds.

I don't understand this one. Does this mean a player can jump to save a ball and then jump back in to get his own save?

Yes.

yes, and the fan should be ejected from the gym.
