Technical Foul

Here is my situation:

I call a foul on a shot, and immediately after I report the foul to the scorerï¿½s table. The coach becomes upset, and I call a technical foul on the coach before the shooting foul free throws have been administered. In which order are the free throws administered?

NFHS: In the order in which the fouls occurred. Personal FTs are taken first followed by 2FTs for the T and then the ball is awarded at the division line.

NCAA: The 2FTs for the T are shot first and then the game is continued from the POI, which is the shooting of the 2FTs for the personal foul. The game continues as normal from the last FT.
