After I call a warranted technical on the ***. coach. What is the proper protocol for reporting that technical?

Report it to the scorer as a direct technical foul on the assistant coach and an indirect technical foul on the head coach. While, or after, you're doing that, your partner should tell the head coach that he is now seat-belted for the rest of the game.
