The short and sweet of it: Possession arrow is pointing to Team B. Team A on spot throw in, holding the ball, 5 sec count is ongoing. There is a double foul on Team A-1 and Team B-1. Question: After reporting both fouls, do you use "point of interruption" and give ball back to Team A or use the possession arrow and give ball to Team B? Please give rule reference to your answers. Thanks

You use the POI as per rule 7.5.9. The POI is team A having a spot throw-in, so you resume play with the team A spot throw-in. That's rule 4-36-2(b).
