How to Ask Assignors for Work

As an assignor for High School and observer for
college conference, I would suggest to let your assignor know
your status (1st year), be honest. If you get a call
from the assignor, take the game no matter what level,
don't wine about the travel, pay, teams invloved, etc.
Games will come, work hard to improve.
