Does anyone know who the assignor is, please?

It might help if you narrow down your question. There is a Springfield in Missouri, Illinois and Massachusetts. There is also a Springfield on Fox. You might want to be a little more specific as to what tournament you are talking about.

I think I once heard that there is a Springfield in every single state!
