What kinds of situations can be reviewed in NCAA and NBA? I believe that in NCAA you've got fights, last second shots and resetting the shot clock. Are there others? What about the NBA?

I don't know about the NBA review. I think they only review if a last second shot (at the end of a quarter or OT) was released in time. I don't know if they use it to determine who came off the bench in a fight situation.

In the NBA you review on a goal no goal if there is no time remaining, and there are certaiin things you can rule on once you get to go to the review.

You can also review on a foul with no time left to determine if the foul was before or after the horn.
