I think i got this call right just want to check. Team A makes a basket. Team b then calls time out. After the timeout Team B can still run the baseline correct?

Correcto As long as they have not inbounded the ball yet.

The team not credited with the score will be allowed to run the endline after the TO, regardless of which team was granted the TO (as long as the ball had not been inbounded before the TO was granted).
