Wondering what violations and/or fouls will cause the arrow to remain pointing toward team A. After a held ball, team A has the arrow. During the throw in when ball is still at disposal of thrower, where is the arrow when:

Any foul on A?
Any foul on B?
Violation on A?
Violation on B?

Only a violation on the throw-in team (Team A) would cause the arrow to switch.
