Ok, here is the scenario. This is a POE in PA. (maybe elsewhere) If you ask a player to tuck their shirt in and they don't or do then pull it back out and you decide they need to come out, can the coach keep them in the game with a Time-out. I don't have my books with me and started thinking about this. Thanks for your help.

No, the coach can only use a time out for blood or injury to buy a player back in the game. 3-3-4

Ed is correct - rules reference is 3-3-4. Injury/blood situations are also covered under section 3, articles 5 & 6 respectively.

ART. 4 . . . A player who has been replaced, or directed to leave the game shall not re-enter before the next opportunity to substitute after the clock has been started properly following his/her replacement.

I can see a coach that would try this with a good player in a key situation - but per rule as stated, he can't reenter unless the clock has started.
