I would say yes. A foul on #33(I think) would have prevented all this though as it came before the shot. ;)

It looks legal to me - the ball entered the basket from above and went all the way through.

I am not sure I'd call the foul there on the defense. The hands were there and went out but with the palyer chasing the ball it made no difference to the play. Incidental. Guy tosses ball in give him 2
