I have to disagree. Although I don't have them, this has been a very popular shoe over the past year or so. Yes, the bottom part will not shine, but the rest of the shoe will shine if done properly. What is properly for this shoe? I don't know. I do know that stripping shoes, like Leather Luster suggests, works on some shoes to remove that top layer. I'm partial to either having a professional shoe man shine my shoes or using Griffin's. My friend, on the west coast, just got these shoes
