Anyone have a bunch of these yet? If so, did the coaches complain due to lack of rule knowledge?

I had a few of them during the girl's season and didn't hear any complaining, seems to be a smooth change so far, we'll see what happens in the boy's season.

I've had a few. Coaches ask about it and then are appreciative to finally see a "real life example" of one because they didn't understand it before.

Hey I noticed your Delete FED rules. Why have you chosen those particular uniform rules?

Because they're contradictory, IMO. And even if they're not contradictory (as some have tried to argue), they're unnecessary. Simply delete those two rules and insert a rule that says "No decoration within 2" of the jersey's number."
