High school rules (MHSAA to be exact). Team A hits a shot with little time remaining. Team B calls a time out. Is the throw in at the baseline, or at center court. Thanks in advance for the help.

On the baseline and team B is still entitled to run the baseline as after any other basket.

(I believe that move to half-court stuff is just NBA, and I'm not even sure if it's the same there now either.)

You've been watching too many NBA games. :)

For any time-out- nfhs or NCAA rules, the throw-in is at the closet spot to where the ball was when the time-out was called. If it's after a made basket, it's a run-the-end-line throw-in.

Thank you both :)

You're right. Even in the NBA, the ball is not advanced to midcourt. It's advanced to the 28' line in the frontcourt.

and only in the last 2 minutes of the 4th QTR (NBA)

FIBA has adopted that rule as of this year.
