Confused

Last night, I go and observed some more experienced officials within my area. A few things I observed. (1) During warm-ups team A player grasp basket official walks over to player and tell him to stay off of rim. Rules infraction right?(10-3-4 Pen) (2) team A #25 has a PC foul called against him player pulls shirt out of shorts in disgust nothing. Rules infraction right?(3-4-15) (3) AC of team B is off the bench screaming at the officials during free throw administration nothing. Rules infraction right?(10-5)the state I am in has the coaches box rule. I would be remissed not to mention this was the first game of the varsity season. I understand rules book vs common sense approach. However, all of these were violations of the rules. I will be a Rookie forever.
