Asst. coach may stand to confer w/ bench personnel during any dead-ball period? I say F, am I correct?

If you were wrong, then so am I.

Assistant coach has about the same rights as any one else sitting on the team bench except for the head coach.

An assistant coach is simply bench personnel, just like the rest of the subs on the bench. Can the substitutes stand up to confer during any dead ball?
