I want to thank everyone for the helpful insight with the rules interpretations and case scenarios. As a 5 year official I have attended camps in the Mid Atlantic that always allow for open discussions involving the NFHS and D3. I find the threads very helpful when reviewing case studies and I look forward to reading more in the future.
