Are there any links out there to clarify team control fouls?
The more I read it the more confusing it seems to get!

What do you find confusing about it? When a common foul is committed by a member of the team that has team control, the ball is awarded out of bounds at the designated spot---you never shoot FTs. Under the old rules, this only happened when the player with the ball committed the foul. Now it happens when any of his/her teammates commits the foul as well.

Is there team control during rebounding action? No. (Team control ended on the release of the try.)

So if there is a foul during rebounding action, can it be a team control foul? No.

Since it's NOT a team control foul, if the offended team is in the bonus, will they shoot FTs? Yes.

The NFHS rules book, case book and (maybe) the interps published on the NFHS web page seem to make this rule fairly clear.

djs -- This is the catechism that finally helped me get the hang of it. Ask if there's team control, and then if the person committing the foul is on the team that's in control. From there, it's a snap.

Remember no team control on jump balls, throw-ins, or a try or tap other than that there is

How about during rebounding action or during a dead ball? But other than THAT... ;)

Youre right defintionally team control continues untul the ball is dead/during dead ball, I missed that one..

Rebounding is just part of the try although the rule does emphasize that touching a rebound does not constitute control
