I need to get my head into basketball before training. Anyone know of some good interactive rules sites for basketball?

Thank you in advance.

It's a lot easier if you deflate it first. I mean the basketball, not your head. Believe me, I've tried.

There's no appropriate icon for such a smart ***!

Well I went to training. Not too many comments. I either didn't do too badly or I'm a hopeless case. LOL

Now I can get back into the book and know what areas I need to work hardest on.

Don't take what Mark says personally. He is an equal opportunity offender!

It's great to see you back on the baord. Please come around more often, with your questions and situations.

Don't worry. I have cousins with that sense of humor. Use it myself when I'm around them. Not taken personally at all.

I find reading the rules book and coming to this site has helped me out alot. I also keep a journal. I write into my journal what I want my focus to be for a game.(I do not forget to call the game though) Whether, it be table mechanics or taking a step towards the endline on free-throws. I also try not to take too much time off. I work alot of summer ball and this keeps my head into the game.

You also have the option of going to the www.nfhs.org and take a course for a small fee.
