What rule differences are there with NAIA and Fed or NCAA?

Doesn't NAIA use NCAA rules? I've never heard of NAIA rules.

There are none that I am aware of. NAIA uses NCAA rules.

Rut is correct. They use NCAA rules for the most part. Be careful of the rule about the ball. They might have approved the 10 panel ball like the NJCAA has.

You beat me by a couple of seconds. This time it is good to be a little fast, but that does not always apply. :D

Peace

I remember the NAIA allowing dunking in the pregame warmups when I was in college. I should know because our team was famous for putting on dunking shows before the game.

I wouldn't dunk in an NAIA game at warmups, unless you didn't mind getting T'd up ;)

NAIA does use NCAA rules for basketball; my alma mater is an NAIA school. I think they _might_ allow the 10 panel ball, but I'm not completely sure.

Maybe I'll find out this afternoon at our Alumni Game.

That was 12 years ago, so they may have changed the rule on that. But I do remember the dunking, and the officials were right there. I was puzzled and asked the coach the next day, and he said the NAIA allows it but not the NCAA, so when we were home to an NCAA school, we could dunk in pregame but they couldn't. I was like huh???? Of course, the coach is retired now, and in the NAIA Hall of Fame, so I wasn't going to argue with him.
