I know what not to eat. One time I forgot I was scheduled for a middle school girl's game. So the principal called me that I was late....right after I filled myself full of tacos.

Tacos are good to eat after a game though, especially if you're riding with a partner that you don't think did a sufficient job during the game.

Anybody else ever drink a Red Bull right before the game? I find it helps my concentration...especially if I have two games in a row and the second is middle school girls.

Straight diet-coke in one of those wine barrels that 7-11 calls a "large" on the way to the game site. Several trips to the restroom while observing the JV game is required. TMI?

I go for the 16oz. SOBE No Fear! It is wonderful and has a much better taste than red bull.
