When i played we had a full court press strategy where after a made basket the inbounder would pass to another OOB player on the other end of the end-line after retrieving the ball or delivered by Ref.

Threw the press off balance without risking on court pressure.

Has that been outlawed? Where in Rule Book if you know please.

Only after made basket and ability to run baseline. Can you pass it still?

This is still legal. It is only legal after a made basket or an awarded basket or FT. You also do not lose the right to "run the baseline" on a violation or foul that brings the ball back to the end line before the throw-in ends.

Peace

The relevant rules citation is NFHS rule 9-2-12. It's only a violation during a designated-spot throw-in.

I don't understand why you cited that rule, JR. I would have referred him to 7-5-7.

ART. 7 . . . After a goal or awarded goal as in 7-4-3, the team not credited with the score shall make the throw-in from the end of the court where the goal was made and from any point outside the end line. A team retains this privilege if the scoring team commits a violation or common foul (before the bonus is in effect) and the ensuing throw-in spot would have been on the end line. Any player of the team may make a direct throw-in or he/she may pass the ball along the end line to a teammate(s) outside the boundary line.

Actually, it's as many as you can make in less than five seconds.
