A friend of mine told me about a couple rules that States may adopt. The one that I had to laugh about.
They want to extend the coach's box so "The coach can communicate with his players easier". I know their are a few coaches out there that this would pertain to. But I see it as more distance a coach will be allowed to discuss our eye sight! AK ref SE
