I just emailed to find out if they will offer sewn on IAABO patches on their apparel. That was as nice thing that The Officials Choice offered.

I bet they will, guarantee they got it because of OfficialsChoice's customer service.

If you look, all the prices seem to have dropped since they lost the contract, and they've offered quantity discounts.

It looks like the only thing that kept the OC in business was IAABO.

I'm waiting for the liquidation sale to pick up some new uniform items ;)

Although on another note, it seems that Honigs has had the contract since August 1st and they still haven't put out any IAABO products yet.

Well I'm sure they're putting that together, they will have it ready for basketball season. I will look out for anykind of sale at OC.

I also bet their shoes keep them in business.

I just got back from the Denver IAABO meeting and Honig's set up a table with gear on it. They had shirts and jackets with the IAABO patch on them.

My guess is that someone will acquire OC's inventory at a discount and they will be out of business within 6 months.

Shipping better come down or they are done. I haven't checked in a long time, but I would guess it hasn't. I'm with 26 Year Gap, if things don't change, they'll be done in 6 months.

The shoes kept them in business until others started making them.

I agree within 6 months, we won't be discussing them anymore.

Just heard back from Honig's East & they don't know anything official on IAABO. Since it is prominently displayed on their website, I am not getting any warm & fuzzy feeling.

There doesn't seem to be anything prominantly displayed on the Honig's website, the only way I found that annoucement was from a link on the IAABO website.

I'd give it a few more weeks just for them to iron out all the kinks.

There is a newsflash on the Honig's site. I emailed the page to Honigs East. They replied thanking me and indicating that they would be talking to the big boss man about sewing on of patches etc. I feel better now.

Although the news flash is on the website, the only link to it is on the IAABO website.

A casual surfer of the Honigs website wouldn't be able to find it.

I know I couldn't find it.
