It's an official Brandan sighting! How are you doing? What are you doing? Where is St. Mary's parish? I graduated from Centenary in Shreveport many moons ago. That would be Caddo Parish I think.

St. Mary Parish is in the Atchafalaya Basin. Home of the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleoum Festival... Southeast of laffayette on Hwy 90 or future 49.

I grew up in Morgan City/Berwick before moving to Houston 3 years ago. Funny how I lived like right down the highway from Brandon.

How am I doing-- I am doing great, thanks for asking.

What am I doing -- I am sitting here studying for 3 test I have tomorrow. One is in Geometry, and the other two are in Civics. When I get finish doing that, I will finish writing my 3 page proof for Geometry.

Yes, Shreveport is in Caddo Parish which is in North Louisiana, I am in South Louisiana. However, I go there all the time to visit my grandmother.

Speaking of the Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleoum Festival, that was supposed to be last week. Due to Katrina, it is rescheduled to October 8.

Ok, for all us ignorant northerners, are the shrimp cooked in the petroleum, or do you dip them in afterwards? Are there different flavors of petroleum, like mild and hot? Or just leaded and unleaded?

:D

Sorry Brandan, couldn't resist. Glad to hear you're doing (relatively) fine.

Shouldn't "from" be replaced by "because of"?

They aren't related, y'know.

Now, mick, what plant does Crisco come from?
