Who brings in frontcourt substitutes in a three person game?

The official closest to the table should bring in the subs if we are staying in the FC. That is usually the C or the T. Having said that, that does not mean the L cannot be aware of any subs and help the crew brings in the subs into the game. All officials are responsible for subs coming into the game, not just one official.
