It doesn't look like they are using PTS in the IL/NC game.

I cannot think of one game where I have seen it used in the tournament. It is not used in many conferences.

Same here, I haven't seen it used yet... And I was wondering this especially during the Duke game where the clock never started.

Someone want to fill me in on the acronoym?

I assume it's the blow the whistle to stop the clock and two of three refs push the button to start it?
