Has anyone had any experiences exchanging items through theofficialschoice.com? I want to order some stuff (Basketball shoes, pants, jacket, and socks) through them, but don't want to be stuck if something is the wrong size.

I can't see any policies mentioned on their site?

I had to return 4 shirts to them. I just packed them up, shipped them back with a note explaining what sized I needed, and they shipped my 4 new shirts. It was really easy for me.

They didn't tack on any extra shipping charges or anything did they?

I did have to pay my own shipping back to OC, but I sent it as cheaply as possible. On the other hand, I had already opened the shirts, and they didn't say anything. I just put each one in a ziplock. If you have to return, it doesn't hurt to make the letter very nice also. They subsequently sent me some scheduling books out of the blue.

You better hope not! :D
