heh

My Spartans have been playing really good ball. I honestly think it will be a close game and could go either way. As always, close games with teams that are close together end up yielding to whoever plays tougher and wants it more. Elite 8 I could forsee (I didn't think Duke had what it took to make it out of Austin) but I am even shocked by MSU's final four experience. To be honest, I didn't think UNC would make it either but alas. Will be great to watch. Shooting percentage will have to be good again for MSU and they HAVE to play a better 1st half.

It hit high 50's here in the U.P. the last two days, he's probably working on his tan lines.

2 Final Four teams and the Heels.

The Heels are my second favorites, ... and they're better.
Ray Felton is a stud.
Spartans just have a lot of guys that go double.

Michigan State has two Teams in the Final Four now!

Hit 60 here today. Snow dropped 4 inches. Rivers went U.P. 12".

Tony,
'Twasn't new snow.
Just old stuff. Not as white.
My back yard was 30" deep but now it's only 26" high.
Heck, ...hardly notice it!

Probably busy watching Escanaba in da Moonlight

As for the Spartans, if they play like the did in the second overtime Sunday, they might take it all. If they rely on last second heroics, they probably won't make the finals.

And the best part: the Spartan women won tonight so they are also in the Final 4.

If they can stop May inside, stop McCants from getting hot early, keep Marvin Williams from energizing the team and get Felton in foul trouble....

...it'll be interesting.

Question Trivia time

Stat-man already mentioned that the Michigan St. men's and women's teams are both in their respective Final Fours. ESPN this morning said that this is the fourth time in the last four years that a school has sent both its men's and women's teams to the Final Four in the same year. Anybody know what the other three schools are? I know UCONN is one of them, but I don't know the other two. Anybody know?
