Gave a quick sweep of rule books, unable to locate chapter and verse for this. Spot throw-in pass by A1 goes OOB untouched. Spot for B1 throw-in is at original spot, not where ball went OOB. Same sitch, except after made basket. In-bound pass goes OOB untouched.I say (think) new throw-in is at original spot same as above. Correct?

Remember, this is a throw-in violation, not an out of bounds violation. That's why the ensuing throwin will be from the same spot. In the case of an endline throwin (after a made basket), the spot will be the release point of the throw; since that's where A1's violation occurred.

Thanks, guys. Had a difference of opinion tonight with 2 other officials at a game. This was handled wrong but they "kind of" disagreed. (Same ol' same ol' at MQT. Mick. Up at MTU also?)
