This has not come up this year in aany of my games but I I want to check to make sure I get this right. Let's say I call a Tech on Team A. We get Team B's shooter and then the coach of Team A wants a Timeout before he shoots the technical FTs. Do you grant him that TO? I wouldn't but I want to make sure that I'm right. Also on a double Technical,do you go to the possession arrow or to the team that had control last AND if either team wants a TO during the administering of the Tech FTs,do you grant it to them?

Why wouldn't you grant the timeout? A timeout should be granted any time it is an allowable time for a team to ask for one. During the dead ball prior to administering free throws (doesn't matter if it's for a T or not), either team can be granted a timeout.

On a double T you go to the possession arrow.

I will not now. Like I said,I haven't had the situation come up all year but with me going into Men's church league now,I'm sure I'll have a fair share of T's.
