I see this all the time and Im not really sure as to what I should call. A1 has the ball and is then surronded by 3 or 4 of B's players. A1 then starts swinging his/her elbows. What is the proper call for this?

Brandon:

If there is no contact then see NFHS R4-S24-A8. If there is contact then you have a personal foul: common (player control), intentional, or flagrant, depending upon the action of A1.
