This morning I had 2 rec ball games, and a coach from one of the games calles my partner to his bench and tells him, "Watch B4 he is trying to pull my guys pants down." My partner came and told me and the next dead ball, and we could no stop laughing. Ever had this happen?

Had which happen - a coach telling you that or it actually happening?

Once I did have a kid pull another kid's pants down as we went out to the circle to start the game. I told his coach it was either a technical, or else the kid that did it had to play the entire game without his pants.

Either.

What is the ruling on this if we did see it happen?

Here in Iowa, when Nick Collison (KU and NBA player) was playing high school, a player yanked down his drawers when he went up for a dunk. Flagrant T automatically, but the point is I have heard of it happening.

I would probably have a flagrant T.

Flagrant personal foul because it is a live ball contact foul.

I would think that the foul would not be for the contact, but for the unsportsmanlike nature of the act. JMO.

How about a Flagrant Intentional Personal Foul??
