I dont know much details, but I saw on the news a while ago where a local coach has a heart-attack during half time. I will post more information if I can get it.

We had that happen here in St. Louis in one of the early season tourneys and he just came back within the last couple of weeks. I had him in a game last week and I'd say he was pretty calm.
