Blowout...coach call T.O. with 1.1 sec left(m)

This was in a 3rd and 4th grade church league game. The score was 44-11. The team that was winning had the ball on their end and was trying to run the clock out. The losing team had been fouling for the last 2:30 of the game for no reason other than trying to get us behind on time (the scorekeeper said he made that remark). We had already T'd him up once for hollering about 3 seconds. The ball was knocked out of bounds and just before the losing team was about to inbound the ball, he said with a smirk on his face 'Hey...gimme a TimeOut'. I just kinda gritted my teeth and granted it to him while him and his "assistant coach" were laughing it up. I walked to the scorer's table to see how many T.O.s he had left. He had one. I calmly walked by his bench and said ,"Coach..you got one timeout left." To which the crowd busted out laughing. He got a little embarrassed and whenthey inbounded the ball,it was stolen so that"play" they never drew up worked.
