Tonight a player grabbed the ball after a made basket and moved to make a throw in. With his left foot in bounds and his right foot hanging over out of bounds he threw the ball in. He landed with both feet out of bounds after making the throw. I called throw in violation.

Based on casebook 9.2.2 I think I was correct. Do you concur?

You got it right.

Now lets say a player grab the ball after a made basket and has his/her left foot hanging over inbound and the right foot out of bound and make a quick long inbound pass is that legal?

Legal. The player had OOB status when they made the throw-in.

Not only was your call correct, you used "concur" correctly. Wow!

Or even a flagrant false double technical blarge by two players wearing illegal numbers while the horn is sounding at the wrong time and both coaches out of the box while your partner has left the court to take a leak but forgot to tuck his whistle in his shirt.

I had this last Saturday - twice!

Yes, I started reffing basketball last year to keep from gaining too much weight over the holidays. I do not want a "traditional" umpire figure.
