Need to know if there are any websites I can go to that specifically show the proper mechanics for a three man system. Thanks in advance

Here is a link that might help if you have PowerPoint on your computer. Now the only thing that we do that might not be done across the country is we do not long switch on fouls. That could be a difference where you live. The other basics are what you see with most NF states.
