Does any body know what the best resource (book, video etc that you can get that gives you information on three person mechanics??

For what level? There are at least 3 different mechanics sets. CCA Men's and Women's and NF. Which one are you looking for?

The manual for mens college ball.

I checked out Honigs site and it has a pretty nice DVD that takes you through switches, calls etc

I have their 2 man mechanic DVD and it really good and very helpfull.
