Error is correctable. Let's say the player who was fouled on the 7th Team A foul, which was mistakenly penalized as a Team B throw-in, is B1. First, B1 shoots her one-and-one with the lane cleared. Then the player who was fouled on the shot, say B2, shoots her two with players along the lane and the game goes forward normally from there.
