In of third quarter and your walking to midcourt when for whatever reason you assess a T to B1. You beging the quarter with two free-throws and A has possession at mid-court. At the same time the AP arrow is going in A's direction.

Now here's my question.

I know that regardless of the "AP" A gets the ball, but I need a reference that says the AP arrow is not swapped after the throw in.

The only thing thing in the book that I can find to refer to is that the only way to loose AP is for the team to make a throw in violation. The AP is not being used for the throw in after the T, so there should not be a swap of arrow.

A throws it in and still gets next AP...Right?

There is probably another rule somewhere, but just opening my book, see Rule 6.4.3 AP throw in shall result when: etc.

A throw in, in all situations except those involving technical fouls, shall be from etc...
