I can't seem to find in the book where the jump ball violation penalties are listed. (i.e. when jumper catches the ball, taps more than twice, player moves on lane...)
Which direction is AP arrow? Is it the same for all violations.
Also, what happens when two non-jumpers tie it up before we have an AP arrow established?

Jumper (A) catches ball: Fed: B gets ball and arrow; NCAA: B gets ball, A gets arrow.

All other violations: B gets ball, A gets arrow.

Held ball before control: Those two players jump.
