...to keep a shirt tucked in? Mine comes about half way out after running up and down several times.

Tuck it in to whatever you wear under your pants or get a flex-belt. Or both.

Here are some suggestions. I buy tall shirts, some people use what is called a flex belt inside their pants, others use garters that attach to the tail of your shirt and your socks.

I'm 6'6" tall and have bought some stripes in tall, that helps. When I wear a set of "non-talls" I'll wear black lycra shorts under pants and tuck into them. That'll hold em good.

I have seen a number of guys wear the flex belt and they say it works good for them.

I tried the flex belt and I just didn't like it. I just tuck mine into my spandex, works great.

I tuck it in my McDavid compression shorts and then wear the ultimate flex belt. Works great!

Ok, lets see a show of hands how many of you use garters?

C'mon, don't be shy.

I tried em once but with being tall and then I only wear ankle socks, I had to keep my knees bent in order for the garters to be long enough. By the end of the game, my legs were exhausted so I stopped wearing them.

Ditch the ankle socks and opt for the thigh highs but try to avoid the thong jock.

Just attach the bottom to your belly button ring with a safety pin.

Staple guns seem to always work wonders . . .

KrazyGlue!

ChrisSportsFan Thu Jan 06, 2005 12:54pm

but it does burn when it gets in the sores from the nail gun.

Wear a thong! That way no hand signal - just bend over backwards towards the offending player/coach!

Use the krazyglue to attach some velco to yourself and your shirt.

This way you won't have to use a nail gun.

In the Marine Corps we call them shirt stays, you might call them garters.
I'm 6'4" and they work great. They are adjustable and come in about 5 different styles. Here's a link to one of them.

Why not just lose some weight? :D

losing weight isn't always the issue, when you're 6'6", you can't lose height. I suppose I could get some nylon laces in my shoes and shave my head, that would cut say a couple of ounces. still doesn't help keep a shirt tucked in though.
