Sorry about a repeated topic...but I need a reminder.

Fed Rules: Can a player with control of the ball fall to the floor and NOT travel?

Sure. If she's dribbling. If she's not dribbling, then no.

During a dribble they can.

If the player is dribbling while falling, no problem. While holding the ball a player may not touch with a knee or any part of the body other than the hand or the foot.
